DigiLaser Supply Co operates under the trading name of Tognum Parts Drop (PTY) Ltd, a formally registered company.
Founded in 2015, DigiLaser Supply Co was built to serve the growing independent Xerox service market. Our customers remain loyal to the Xerox brand and expect their equipment to perform as if it were still under OEM service — a standard we uphold through dedicated engineers using genuine parts and toners wherever possible.
Our co‑founder, Andre Nel, has been immersed in Xerox‑related businesses since 1986. His career began as a Service Engineer specializing in high‑speed, high‑volume production presses and monochrome printers, with hands‑on experience across South Africa, the USA, the UK, and France. He later advanced into International Sales Management, combining technical depth with global business insight.
We maintain strong partnerships in the UK, Germany, USA, and China, enabling us to source machines, parts, and consumables from trusted suppliers and the extensive Xerox resources available in these regions.
The engineers we rely on for servicing and installation — independent of OEM service companies — each bring over 30 years of experience within the Xerox ecosystem. Their depth of knowledge and technical skill is unmatched, ensuring consistent quality, predictable results, and long‑term reliability for every machine we support.
