We draw on three major knowledge bases to resolve technical challenges. Our Field Engineers bring over 120 years of combined experience. While these technical assets are primarily based in KwaZulu‑Natal and Cape Town, call‑outs to other regions can be arranged.

Please note that travel and accommodation costs are the customer’s responsibility. This option is only practical when high‑value equipment is down and no alternative service is available.

From our Mossel Bay office, we also offer remote fault analysis.

We repair and maintain Fiery Digital Front Ends (DFE) and CREO DFE systems, with full access to replacement units when required.
